We're normally against "resale red" resprays, but there's a lot to like about this old workhorse. Originally Garnet Red, we think that this one wears Signal Red (or close to it) better than the SL's of the era where it's all too common.
This 5 cylinder turbo diesel is located in New Paris, PA -- an area not too far from Moto Roster HQ, but "out there" enough to make owning a vintage Mercedes a bit of a challenge. We like that we see some other 3-pointed-star logos hiding in the backgrounds of the photos and the honest description.
New Paris is closer in topography to the Vosges than Paris so we would be curious to see some undercarriage shots and verify that salt hasn't attacked the brake lines. We like the visual of the yellow fog lights being put to good use though the windy, mountain sections of RT 30.
A tidy interior with made-to-fit dash cover presents well. Working windows are rare enough in this era that we're happy to let the hesitant sunroof be.
