There's not much to write about here other than to ask whether this is the cleanest FJ62 currently for sale in the country, and how far above our bid it will sell for.
While we've stil got a 40 series on our roster, the 60's strike the right balance between panache and practicality. The automatic in this one means that Moto Roster wife could drive it, and 1989 is "new" enough that we could probably fit a child seat with relative safety and peace of mind. MPG is nothing to talk about, but it's a small price to pay for a vehicle that we love and that could actually serve some use when the snow starts flying.
This FJ62 in Arcadia, CA looks incredibly clean from the ample pictures that the seller provides. Every line looks straight, and the wagon wheels look great.
The interior is a tour de force of 80's brown and tan and looks showroom new. The purple tint is owed some credit for maintining the interior, but removing it is about all that we'd change. 118,000 miles works out to about 4,500 miles per year which seems like just the right amount of use to us.
The car belongs to a private car collector in Fullerton and we like his style. Full disclosure, Moto Roster is bidding on this one though with a week of bidding to go, we suspect we'll be outpaced shortly.
